How it fits together

One entry on site, used by every module after it

The reason to keep these modules on one platform is that nobody types the same thing twice. This is the path a single day on site takes.

1

Site records the day

Attendance, material issued, machine hours and the day sheet are entered on the mobile app from site.

2

Work is verified

Supervisors and engineers confirm quantities, close snags and approve what actually got done.

3

Cost lands on the project

Material issues, labour and equipment hours become project cost automatically, with no re-entry.

4

Accounts settle it

Contractor bills, supplier payments, petty cash and salary run off the same verified records.

5

Owner sees the picture

Budget versus actual, project health and module reports roll up into one dashboard.

At a glance

All eleven modules, and what each one replaces

Most construction companies are already doing all of this. The difference is where it lives and who has to chase it.

Questions

Common questions about buildcontrol modules

No. Most companies start with two or three modules, usually attendance, material and payments, and switch the rest on as the team gets comfortable. Your plan on the pricing page decides which modules are active.
Yes, that is the main reason to use one platform. Attendance feeds HRMS and payroll, material issues feed project cost, daily worksheet feeds progress reports, and everything rolls up into the reports and dashboards module.
The mobile app is built for site use, so marking attendance, raising a snag or logging a day sheet takes a few taps. Office side features like reports and payment approvals need a short walkthrough, which we cover during onboarding.
Site level entries can be captured on the mobile app and sync once the phone gets a connection, so a weak signal on site does not stop the day from being recorded.
buildcontrol is currently running live for 500+ construction companies worldwide, covering residential builders, civil contractors and infrastructure teams.
