You will be the first voice a builder or contractor hears from buildcontrol. This role is about reaching out to construction companies, explaining what the app does in simple terms, and booking demos for the sales team.

What you will do

  • Call builders, contractors, and construction companies from provided lists
  • Explain buildcontrol in clear, simple language over the phone
  • Book demo appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain call records and follow-up notes accurately
  • Follow up with interested leads until they are handed over

What we are looking for

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day
  • Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is enough
  • Clear speaking voice and patience with first-time listeners
  • Basic computer skills for entering call records
  • Willing to learn how construction teams work

1–3 years experienceFull timeAhmedabad, on site

A mixed role covering both accounts and client-facing work. You will handle day-to-day bookkeeping and billing for Shreekunj Softech, and also manage relationships with buildcontrol customers, from onboarding through renewals.

What you will do

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts, entries, and records in Tally
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist with GST filings and monthly reconciliation
  • Manage client accounts from onboarding to renewal
  • Handle customer queries on subscriptions and billing

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Tally and basic GST compliance
  • Comfortable with Excel and maintaining clean records
  • Good communication skills for speaking with clients
  • Organised, and able to keep track of follow-ups
1–3 years experience · Tally and GST knowledge preferred
